This was good coming out of the oven with ice cream on top. My favorite memory was eating cold pie on Sunday afternoon with a glass of milk after water skiing all afternoon. My father used to take us out water skiing in his boat on Sunday afternoons on the bay front of Arkansas Pass, TX. My father gave me this recipe when I was 7 yrs old. |

Apple Pie
Empty one can of apples into a bowl. Add 1/2 cup of brown sugar, 3/4 cup of sugar, 1 tsp of cinnamon, 2 tbl of flour, 1 tsp of vanilla. Mix together. Cook @ 400 degrees for 45 minutes,
Pie Crust
2 cups of flour, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/2 cup of oil, 1/2 cup of milk. Mix together and roll out. |
